Vecorra helps AI teams hire from assessed candidates.
Vecorra replaces CV screening with role-specific technical assessments and shortlists that come with reasons. It also gives training programmes one place to manage learners, track results and place people in jobs.
Vecorra is built and operated by Trillectra AI, a UK AI consultancy.
Why we built Vecorra
The UK needs more people with AI and data skills, and plenty of programmes exist to train them. Managing those learners, matching them to employers and tracking placements still mostly happens in spreadsheets.
Vecorra replaces CV screening, take-home tests and manual shortlisting with three stages. Applicants sit a 10-minute skill check for the role when they apply. The shortlist is invited to a technical stage, which is a coding challenge or a case study. Vecorra certifications can add to a candidate's profile. Employers get ranked profiles with scores, an Evidence Report, strengths and concerns, and an interview guide for the final conversation.
For programme providers, it brings onboarding, employer matching, mentor management and placement tracking into one system, in place of spreadsheets and separate tools.
Our first programme partner is TechLocal, an Innovate UK initiative with £7.6M of funding and a target of 1,000 AI jobs across the UK. Vecorra is the technology behind its talent pipeline.
Four things we try to do
Built for AI roles
Vecorra was designed around AI and data hiring. It wasn't adapted from a general recruitment tool.
Judged on outcomes
We keep the features that help candidates get hired and help employers hire well, and drop the ones that don't.
Made for cohorts
Training providers can run a cohort on Vecorra, add their learners, and follow them from enrolment to placement.
More than one programme
We started with Data Science and Generative AI, and the platform is set up to add more programmes.

TechLocal · Innovate UK
TechLocal is funded by Innovate UK and aims to place 1,000 people in AI jobs across the UK by 2026. Vecorra runs its talent pipeline, from application to placement.
